By the very fact of their registration each participant declares for himself and for his own drivers, passengers, his person in charge to know and accept the provisions of this Regulation and waive the right to resort to any reason to arbitrators or courts for facts arising from the organization or running of the event. Each participant also declares that they hereby absolve the organizers of the event, and establishments that have authorized the same to any liability for any damage occurring during the event in itself its passengers employees and / or his things as well as par products or damage caused to third parties . He also declares to accept the terms of enrollment and raise the organizers from any liability in connection with the conduct of the event. It also declares that the car is registered in the same order with the existing provisions of the Italian Highway Code.
